Arriving in Düsseldorf

By Air

Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS) is the recommended airport for participants travelling to the ESPEN Symposium. The airport is located approximately 6 km from the Hilton Düsseldorf and offers excellent national and international flight connections.

Taxi: Approximately 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel, subject to traffic conditions.

Public Transport: Bus 721 operates between Düsseldorf Airport and Nordfriedhof, located within walking distance of the hotel. Travel time is approximately 10-14 minutes

By Train

  • Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof is a major railway hub with direct connections from across Germany and several neighbouring countries. The hotel can be reached by taxi or public transportation via Düsseldorf's Rheinbahn network.
  • Journey time is typically 15–20 minutes.

Participants are encouraged to use the local Rheinbahn network for convenient access to the venue.

By Car

The Hilton Düsseldorf is easily accessible via the regional motorway network and is located close to major routes serving Düsseldorf Airport, Messe Düsseldorf and the city centre. Parking is available at the hotel, subject to availability and applicable fees (approx. EUR 28 per night).
