Registration for the ESPEN 2027 Symposium in Düsseldorf is open! 

For Symposium Registration and Hotel Reservation, all participants must submit a complete online registration form. The ESPEN Symposium requires full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and e-mail address. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed. Confirmation of the registration will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

While registering online, it is possible to create a user-account, enabling you to come back to your data to update them.

Early registrations will be accepted until Tuesday, 3 November 2026, 23h59 CET. The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before the deadline (13 November 2026). If your payment is not received before the deadline, the regular registration fee will be automatically charged.

LLL Course

The LLL Course is a paying course to be reserved upon registration and is open for all nutritional care givers (physicians, pharmacists, dietitians and nurses).

Please note that the VISA invitation letter will only be sent to participants who have paid their reservation fee. 

REGISTRATION MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Cancellation conditions

All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse SA by email. For cancellations received up to

Wednesday, 22 December 2026, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Modification conditions

A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every registration modification. For a name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
